Welcome to the WEPs Gender Gap Analysis Tool! This self-assessment tool contains 18 multiple choice questions that are structured by Leadership, Workplace, Marketplace, and Community. The questions are process oriented so that you can better understand the policies and practices your company has in place to maximize positive impacts for women and girls.

Following the multiple choice questions, there is a set of 13 outcome indicators. We encourage your company to fill in the data and measure progress over time.
